These terms govern all services, projects, and deliverables provided by Nabyek Media. Please review them carefully before booking or submitting a service request.

1.Payment Policy

Full payment is required before any project begins.
For approved projects, Nabyek Media may allow the client to begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon project completion and before final delivery.
If the remaining balance is not paid after project completion, a late fee of $50 USD per calendar day will be applied until the unpaid balance is paid in full.

2.Ownership & Delivery

Nabyek Media retains all ownership rights, source files, editable files, website access, media assets, and final deliverables until full payment has been received.
No commercial usage rights, publishing rights, distribution rights, or reproduction rights are transferred to the client until the invoice has been paid in full.
Final files, editable files, high-resolution exports, websites, media assets, or administrative access may be withheld until the full balance is paid.

3.Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nabyek Media.

4.Late Payments & Collections

If a balance remains unpaid, Nabyek Media reserves the right to suspend services, withhold deliverables, revoke access, and pursue collection efforts.

5.Agreement

By submitting a service request, approving a quote, making a payment, or working with Nabyek Media, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
