These terms govern all services, projects, and deliverables provided by NabyekMedia. Please review them carefully before booking or submitting a service request.

Full payment is required before any project begins. For projects approved by NabyekMedia, clients may choose a 50% deposit to initiate the project. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon project completion and before final delivery.
A late fee of $50 USD per calendar day will be applied to any unpaid balance after project completion until the balance is paid in full.
NabyekMedia retains all ownership rights, source files, editable files, website access, media assets, and deliverables until full payment has been received.
No commercial usage rights are transferred to the client until payment has been received in full.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing by NabyekMedia.
NabyekMedia reserves the right to suspend services, withhold deliverables, and pursue collection efforts for any unpaid balances.
By booking a service or submitting a service request form, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
